Daytime: Monday to Saturday from 3 p.m. until one hour before the performance begins, on days without a performance from 3 to 7 p.m. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Evenings: The box offices (HAU1, HAU2, HAU3) open one hour before the performance.

5 to 9 Sale
On the fifth of every month, all tickets will be sold on our website and all ticket boxes at half price from 17:00 to 21:00 – while stocks last. The promotion cannot be combined with other reductions and discounts.
Concessions
A limited number of discount tickets is available for students, young people doing voluntary civil service, pensioners, welfare recipients, recipients of unemployment services I/II, disabled persons with identification, young people doing military service, work trainees, and those receiving assistance in the context of asylum. An identification card must be presented in person in order to qualify for the discount.

There are also a certain number of Sozialtickets available to those holding Berechtigungsnachweis. These tickets may only be acquired at the venue box offices immediately before the performances. Premieres and special events excluded.

Persons with disabilities who require an accompanying person receive a reduced admission ticket, and the accompanying person receives free admission. Tickets for wheelchair users and accompanying persons can be booked via the ticketing system. The TanzCard costs 15 € annually and is not transferrable. You get 20 % off on a regular ticket for all our dance performances. The tanzcard can be purchased at the HAU2 box office. For more information on the tanzcard go to www.tanzraumberlin.de/tanzcard
HAU Neighborhood Card
With the HAU Neighborhood Card, residents of the Mehringplatz neighbourhood can attend any event for just 5 euros each (while supplies last!). The non-transferable card is valid through August 2025, available at the daytime box office at HAU2. More info here.
Advance Sales & Reservations
Advance sales generally begin on the first of the month for performances in the following month. Subject to exceptions. Tickets can be reserved by telephone or directly at the box office. Reservations to be picked up directly before the performance are only possible in exceptional cases.
Payments, Returns, Terms & Conditions
Advance tickets purchased by telephone can be paid for by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). EC Card payment is possible when picking up tickets at the box office. Online sales can be paid for by credit card, SOFORT-Überweisung [bank transfer] and PayPal. When booking online, you also have the option of printing the tickets yourself at home. Exchange and return of paid tickets is only possible in the case of programme changes. You can find the terms and conditions of our ticketing provider Reservix here (in German).
HAU Cards & Gift Certificates
The 10-visit ticket
80 Euros for 10 single tickets or 5 pairs to HAU events. Available at the advanced sales box office. Not valid for special events or seats in category 1 at HAU1. The 10-ticket can only be redeemed at the box office.

The 8-visit ticket U27
50 Euros for 8 single tickets to HAU events. Valid for 12 months for everone under 27. The ticket is not transferable. Not valid for special events or seats in category 1 at HAU1
Gift Certificates  
Gift certificates are available in various amounts at the advanced sales box office at HAU2. Certificates can also be ordered by email at service@hebbel-am-ufer.de.

Rental

HAU Hebbel am Ufer, a group of stages in Kreuzberg, presents current artistic positions at the intersection of theatre, dance and performance (see profile). Alongside our programme of roughly 450 events annually, we can also offer the spaces in our three venues to external parties according to availability.
