Tjaša Črnigoj (*1988, Slovenia) is a theatre director, a dramaturg und a psycho-drama therapist in training. She works in both institutional contexts and the independent theatre scene in Slovenia, with a special focus on devising documentary theatre pieces. In 2020, together with Kolektiv Igralke, she created the Croatian-Slovenian production “Bakice (Grannies)” which was invited to the Stückemarkt at the Theatertreffen in Berlin. In 2022/23, she developed the five-part performance series “Sex Education II” at the project space The New Post Office (Nova pošta), a joint initiative of Mladinsko Theatre and the Maska Institute in Ljubljana. There, Kolektiv Igralke & Tjaša Črnigoj also produced their second co-creation “Girls”. In Spring 2024, Črnigoj presented “Sex Education II: Fight” at HAU Hebbel am Ufer.
