The Berlin collective dgtl fmnsm creates an interactive and collective space, coded for everyone that feels disconnected and longs for new relationships: physical, digital and hybrid. The audience is inchoy
vited into a “Virtual Healing Hub” to experience healing body perceptions for themselves. A new relationship with the own smartphone is created by means of personal dialogue and interaction. This experimental relationship between the audience and their technological devices aims to create a world that feels pleasurable again – for all pixels and cells. Welcome to the Virtual Healing Hub!
How do gender and race determine our virtual lives? In “NFTs” (actually “non-fungible tokens”: digital assets that cannot be exchanged), Peruvian artist Claudix Vanesix, who lives in Peru, Marseille and Berlin, navigates the internet from a decolonial, feminist perspective. Vanesix shows how new narratives can emerge from the knowledge of their ancestors: These should enable indigenous identities to develop visions of the future for the connection between humans and machines and thus question what is commonly referred to as technology. The result is a dynamic extended reality multimedia experience about power, beauty and sex.
