“In der fernsten der Fernen” – DOTA singt Kaléko

Doors: 19:00 / Start: 20:00

  • Music

Following the great success of the first album, Dota Kehr has once again dedicated herself musically to the texts of the poet Mascha Kaléko, who made a name for herself in Berlin in the 1920s and 30s with her trenchant everyday sketches. Dota is a Berliner who has been writing lyrics and singing with her band DOTA since 2003. She mixes folk and indietronica and lets her love of Brazilian music shine through here and there. The evening at HAU will feature songs from the two Kaléko albums and a few pieces with her own lyrics. Acoustic and rousing!
