George Tabori Prize 2015

For the sixth time, the Performing Arts Fund awards the prize of the same name within a public gala. Six professional ensembles of independent theatre and dance makers with an international presence have been nominated for this purpose. The nominees for the First Prize, endowed with 20.000€, are the media performance collective LIGNA from Hamburg, the Cologne-based dance company MOUVOIR / Stephanie Thiersch and the performance collective She She Pop from Berlin. Nominated for the Advancement Prize, with an endowment of 10.000€, are the site-specific theatre Das Letzte Kleinod from Schiffdorf near Bremerhaven, the Bochum-based performance collective kainkollektiv and the puppet theatre ensemble meinhardt krauss feigl from Stuttgart.
