Taste Tribes

Concert

Music: Wolfgang Seidel, Günter Müller, Hans-Joachim Irmler / Video: Alfred 23 Harth
Part of “Bildet Nischen! Rückkopplungen aus dem Zodiak Free Arts Lab”

  • Music

In 2007, Alfred 23 Harth founded the trio Taste Tribes with Hans-Joachim Irmler, co-founder and organist of the band Faust, and the electro-improviser Günter Müller of Nachtluft and MKM. A CD was released. Due to the pandemic, Harth is only virtually present at HAU Hebbel am Ufer. Taste Tribes’ percussionist is Wolfgang Seidel from the Trio Eruption (with Conrad Schnitzler) and Ton Steine Scherben. He is an early visitor of Zodiak, as is Harth, who performed there in 1968 with Sven-Åke Johansson and others.
