Zola Jesus

  • Music

Zola Jesus is one of the leading figures in a development that is continuing the aesthetics of Industrial and Goth from the late ‘70s and early ‘80s under the conditions of current electronic pop music. Last year the singer and composer entered stylistic uncharted territory when she performed a selection of her songs in chamber music arrangements at the New York Guggenheim Museum. Now, Zola Jesus is appearing in Germany for the first time with this repertoire, which also forms the basis for her new album “Versions.”
