Dedublarea / Self-divison

  • Performance
  • Dance
English /  60 min

Dedublarea is a reflexion on contemporary dance and how it is being assimilated within an educational system. Its ironic, witty and detached position allows it to talk about dance from inside the discourse, placing the performers lucidly in the middle of cliché, transforming bad examples of choreographic conventions into good and usable material. An “artistic identity crisis piece,” which the artist confronts with humour and mockery
