“De Living” (“The Living Room”) is about the last hour in a person’s life. The performance begins with a woman coming home and ends with her suicide. Or the other way around? Can we also narrate this last hour backwards, bringing the woman back to life? The spectators can only speculate about the protagonist’s past and the reasons for her death. For the first time HAU is co-producing a new work by Ersan Mondtag, which premieres at NTGent.
